Background tasks often need significant technical resources to handle complex user journeys. In addition, these complex user interactions can be overwhelming for users since they have to focus and engage with the system in a detailed way.
In the next paragraphs, I will share my perspective on the best design strategy for delivering a seamless background tasks user experience that unlocks business value.

I had the opportunity to design many responsive HTML-based experiences. In the next paragraphs, I will share my angle on integrating user experience design in responsive web projects, emphasizing the importance of aligning design with user needs. In addition, I will list findings, problems and open questions I’ve collected during my journey to craft a design that unlocks business value.

Problem: How to allow users to better share their LinkedIn profile?
Solution: A new QR icon placed in the right place (the search field) allows the user to optimize the look-up experience with a strong connection with the offline experience.
The task is even more valuable due to the options it provides to the experience. You can easily share the QR code or save it and use it for other purposes (eg printing it on the business cards)

At the moment on the Instagram main screen we can find:
A top toolbar with a mix of buttons to:
shoot a photo
browse the Videos
send/read messages
The navigation bar to browse the stories
Still blurry to me the difference between the stories and the videos. Personally, I don’t use any of these features. I don’t think these are the core actions of the IG app
The bottom navigation toolbar with the main (?) feature of the app
